The founder's journey

From idea to live product, in six steps.

You make the decisions. The AI does the building. Every step says who does what.

What happens at each step, and what you have at the end of it.

  1. 1

    Join

    You

Apply with one sentence about your idea. When a place opens, accept the invitation to the kit.

The kit, copied into your own account.

  2. 2

    Shape the idea

    You and the Architect

The Architect asks what the product does, who it is for and what it costs. You answer. It writes it down.

A written product definition and your first decisions on record.

  3. 3

    Set up

    You and the Builder

You create each account and approve each sign-in. The Builder guides you through the rest, step by step.

Code storage, database, hosting, email and one locked place for keys, in a test copy and a live copy.

  4. 4

    Plan the first feature

    The Architect, then you

The Architect turns your first feature into a one-page work order. You read it and approve it.

A plan the Builder follows exactly, and nothing outside it.

  5. 5

    Build and test

    The Builder and the checks

The Builder builds only what the plan lists. The checks run on every change. You try it on your test copy.

Your first feature working on the test copy.

  6. 6

    Go live

    You

You approve the release. The checks guard the door one more time.

Your product live for real users.

Then the same loop, for every change you ever make.
